At least 12 Taliban fighters were killed and injured in two separate incidents in Baghlan Province.

The ministry of interior affairs said in a statement that six of the Taliban fighters were killed and two others got injured in Dand Ghori district after their homemade bomb went off.

Four other armed Taliban fighters were killed after a mine placed in a motorcycle exploded, the statement added

Taliban have so far not commented on the report.
