15 die, 70 injure in truck bombing in Zabul province

A powerful explosion in Qalat city, the capital of Zabul province claimed the lives of at least 15 people and injured 70 others.
According to local officials, an explosive laden vehicle went off near the National Directorate of Security (NDS) office and Qalat hospital at 6 am on Thursday morning.
It is said that the explosion damaged parts of the hospital and several office buildings in Qalat city.
Taliban have claimed responsibility for the bombing.
