15 killed, 100 injured in car bomb explosion in Ghazni

At least 15 people have been killed and more than 100 others got injured as an explosive laden vehicle went off in Ghazni province, local officials said.
The explosion took place in Shamir area of Ghazni near the National Directorate of Security (NDS) office, according to the officials.
8 personnel of the NDS and several civilians are among the dead. the explosion also left more than 100 wounded including school children.
Taliban spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahed, claimed responsibility for the explosion, saying dozens of NDS officers were killed or wounded.
The attack comes hours before an intra-Afghan talks which has been kicked off between the Taliban and delegates from Afghanistan in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
