Afghan forces arrest key ISIS leader in Kunar

Afghan Special Forces have arrested a leader of the ISIS from Kunar Province, the defense ministry said in a statement.
Mohamad Saeed, in charge of relocating foreign ISIS fighters to Kunar was arrested on Tuesday during a target operation.
The detainee is one of organizers of the recent terrorist attack on Nangarhar prison, the defense ministry statement added.
On Sunday evening, a group of assailants carried out an attack on Nangarhar government-run prison, killing 25 people including civilians, security forces and prisoners and injuring 48 others.
