Afghan ministry urges Chinese contractor to launch work on Mes Aynak

The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum has stressed the need to start the practical work on Mesk Aynak (Copper Mine).
In a meeting with CEO of Aynak copper project contractor, Shahabuddin Delawar, called for the complete transfer of historical monuments from the site. He also urged the company to abide by its responsibilities and obligations.
CEO of Aynak project contractor assured that the practical work would be launched after the complete transfer of historical monuments from the site.
