Afghan spy body arrests group of Taliban mine planters in Laghman

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) said Sunday it had arrested a seven-member group of the Taliban mine planters in eastern Laghman Province.
The detainees were responsible for transporting and embedding magnetic mines and were arrested during a targeted operation, NDS statement added.
The Taliban have not yet commented on the report.
