Afghanistan’s Public Health Ministry on Monday reported it had registered new nine Covid-19 deaths over the past 24 hours.

According to the ministry, out of 427 suspected samples, 76 positive covid-19 cases were identified.

The total number of Covid-19 cases in the country has reached 53,538, of which 2,288 have died and nearly 44,000 have recovered.
