COVID-19 total reaches nearly 30,000 in Afghanistan

Afghanistan’s Public Health Ministry has registered 234 new positive cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
According to the ministry, the new cases have been registered in 13 provinces, bringing the total to 29,715.
Also, 21 patients have died of the virus and 609 others have recovered, taking to total number of deaths to 639 and recovered ones to 9,869.
