Four killed, injured in mine explosion in Nangarhar

Four people were killed and injured in an explosion in Jalalabad City of eastern Nangarhar Province.
Local officials say the blast occurred this morning in the fifth district of Jalalabad, killing one person and injuring three others.
Witnesses say the blast targeted a vehicle.
No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
