Four policemen were killed and two others were wounded in a Taliban attack on a security checkpoint in Kunduz province.

Taliban attacked a checkpoint in the restive of the Kunduz province’s first security district last night, killing four policemen and wounding two others, Provincial Council Chairman Yusuf Ayoubi, said.

Security officials confirmed the Taliban attack but did not comment on casualties.
