IED Blast kills four in Kandahar

Four people including two children were killed in a mine explosion in southern Kandahar Province.
The incident occurred when a three-wheeler hit a roadside mine in Ardandab district on Monday, provincial police spokesman Jamal Naser Barekzai said.
Local officials blame the Taliban for the explosion, but Taliban has so far not commented on the incident.
