India delivers two Mi-35 helicopters to Afghanistan

Afghan Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday (15 October) that India has handed over a pair of Mi-35 helicopters to Afghanistan.
Spokesman for the ministry Fowad Aman said that Indian ambassador to Kabul Vinay Kumar handed over the two helicopters to Afghanistan’s acting defense minister Asadullah Khalid at the Kabul Air Force base.
India had announced on 24 March that it would deliver four Mi-24 helicopters to Afghanistan within four months.
