Journalist murdered by unknown armed men in Ghazni

Gunmen murdered Afghan journalist Rahmatullah Nikzad in the eastern province of Ghazni on Monday, local officials said.
Nikzad was shot dead with a silenced pistol by unknown gunmen near his home, officials added.
Nikzad worked for many local and international media outlets and was also in charge of the Journalist Union of Ghazni Province.
His murder has prompted many reactions.
Presidential Palace in a statement condemned the incident, saying that attack on civilians, public utilities and journalists is an attack on freedom of speech and a crime against humanity.
No group has claimed responsibility for the murder, and the Taliban have also denied any involvement.
This is the 6th journalist killed in the country in the past two months, and no group claims responsibility for the incidents.
