Kabul deputy governor killed in sticky mine blast

The deputy governor of the capital Kabul Province,Mahbobullah Mohebi, was killed with his secretory in a sticky mine explosion attached to his car, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Tariq Arian, said.
Two of Mr. Mohebi’s security guards were also injured in the attack, Arian added.
The attack took place on Tuesday morning at 8:40 local time in fourth Makroreyan area, the interior ministry spokesman further said.
No group has yet claimed it was behind the attack.
