The next round of the extended Troika meeting will be held in Kabul by the end of February, Zamir Kabulov, Russian special envoy for Afghanistan has said.

Quoting Kabulov, Tass News Agency said that the Russian side is focusing the attention of the extended Troika on the completion of the inter-Afghan peace process, as well as the participation of the international community in the inclusive post-conflict rehabilitation of this country.

The Russian envoy also criticized the freezing of Afghanistan’s assets, stressing that the West was trying to put pressure on the Taliban.
