Key Islamic State members arrested in Nangarhar

Afghan security forces arrested two members of the Islamic State in eastern Nangarhar Province.
One of the terrorists was arrested while he was planting 11 mines in a hand truck, the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said Sunday.
Security forces arrested the other while he was carrying several mines in a three-wheeled Rickshaw-type Vehicle, the NDS statement added.
