Afghan First Vice-President Amrullah Saleh said on Saturday that the mastermind of the recent attack on Kabul university was arrested by Afghan security forces.

This person is called Adel. He is a resident of Panjshir and his family lives in Pul-e-Charkhi. After three years of studying at the Faculty of Sharia, he was recruited by Sanaullah, a former member of the Haqqani Network, Saleh said on his Facebook page.
