NATO has vowed its pledge to keep its troops in Afghanistan until peace is established.

In a meeting with Afghan Chief Executive Officer Dr Abdullah Abdullah, NATO civilian chied Nicolas Kay said on Wednesday that members of NATO were committed to support Afghanistan in achieving a sustainable peace and stability.

Both sides also discussed issues concerning the peace talks and elections, the chief executive office said in a statement.
