Afghan National Security Advisor Hamdullah Mohib met with the special envoy of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Ismatulla Irgashev, in Kabul on Tuesday.

The two sides discussed regional connectivity projects as well as trade and transit issues, the NSA press office said.

During the meeting, the Uzbek official reiterated his country’s commitment to supporting Afghanistan’s reconciliation process.
