Police in northern Balkh Province has arrested four individuals in connection with criminal cases, according to local security officials.

The individuals were arrested from different parts of Mazar-e-Sharif City and are charged with coercion and causing physical injury to a person, Balkh police headquarters said in a statement.

Police also seized a pistol, a vehicle and a motorcycle from the individuals.
