Police chief, four others killed in mine blast in Parwan

A roadside mine blast in Parwan Province killed the province’s highway police commander, local officials said.
A car carrying highway police commander of Parwan hit a roadside mine in Abdi Baay region of Parwan late last night, provincial officials added.
Four other police officers were also killed in the incident.
