US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo landed in Kabul on Monday on an unannounced visit.

His visit to Kabul comes amid the existing election crisis.

Pompeo is slated to meet Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and his key rival Dr. Abdullah Abdullah to resolve the post-election disputes.
