Power pylon destroyed in Afghanistan’s Parwan Province

A power pylon was destroyed by a landmine in Jangal Bagh area of Parwan Province.
Breshna Sherkat, the national power company, announced Wednesday that unidentified men destroyed the power pylon at around 4:25 a.m. today morning.
The company added that as a result of the explosion, power transmission to the capital Kabul and some other provinces had been cut off.
A technical team of Breshna Sherkat has been sent to the area to repair the power pylon and resume power transmission to Kabul and other provinces.
