The press and finance authorities of ISIS have been arrested during an operation in eastern Nangarhar Province, Provincial Governor Spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told Arezo TV on Sunday.

The operation was launched in the restive of the eighth security precinct of Jalalabad City on Sunday night as a result, in addition to the two key ISIS members, two other members of the group were arrested.

ISIS has not yet commented on the report.
