Recovered patients from COVID-19 rise to 6,158 in Afghanistan

Afghanistan’s Public Health Ministry reported 564 new positive cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
The new cases have been registered in 16 provinces with 192 in Kabul, 65 in Bamyan, 64 in Takhar, 51 in Balkh, 40 in Paktia, 27 in Kunduz, 27 in Kandahar, 24 in Wardak, 21 in Baghlan, 14 in Daykundi, 12 in Kapisa, 8 in Nuristan, 6 in Badakhshan, 6 in Nangarhar, 5 in Kunar and 2 in Zabul Province, bringing the total number of people infected with the virus to 26,874.
Also, 13 patients have died of the virus and 650 others have recovered in the past 24 hours, totaling the number of deaths to 504 and recovered ones 6,158.
