At least seven people were killed and injured in a car accident in Balkh Province.

A passenger vehicle collided with a three-wheel motorcycle on Mazar-Tashqurghan highway, killing four people and injuring three others, Provincial Police Spokesman Adel Shah Adel said.

Reckless driving was blamed to be the main cause of the accident, Adel added.
