Seven security forces killed and injured in southern province

At least seven Afghan security forces were killed and injured in a car bombing in Nahr-e Seraj district of southern Helmand Province.
A car packed with explosives hit a security outpost in Yakhchal area of Nahr-e Seraj district on Tuesday night, killing four security forces and injuring three others, Provincial Governor Spokesman Omar Zwak said.
In the meantime, the defense ministry said on Wednesday that Afghan security forces gunned two suicide attackers in Helmand and Kandahar provinces before reaching their target.
