Ten more positive cases of COVID-19 registered in Afghanistan

Health Minister Firuzuddin Firuz told a press conference on Sunday that ten more positive cases of the novel coronavirus have been registered in several provinces.
“The new cases have been registered in Herat, Zabul, Kandahar, Balkh, Ghazni and Kabul provinces, “he said.
He also warned that COVID-19 positive cases would increase in the next two weeks unless gatherings are prevented.
The Afghan health minister has also urged the central government to put Herat Province under quarantine.
The total number of positive cases rose to 34 on Sunday, according to the health ministry.
