Three Afghan forces killed in car bombing in Baghlan

Three security forces have been killed in a car bomb blast in Baghlan Province.
Spokesman for 217 Pamir Corps, Abdul Hadi Nazari, said that this morning a car loaded with explosives was spotted by security forces near Bagh- e Shamal security base and exploded before reaching its target.
He said three security forces had been killed in the explosion. Several residential houses have been destroyed the incident, he added.
The Taliban said they were behind the blast, claiming that more than 50 security personnel were killed and wounded in the incident.
