Three key ISIS and Taliban members arrested in Nangarhar

Afghan special forces have arrested two key members of ISIS and one key member of the Taliban in eastern Nangarhar Province.
The arrests were made in Spinghar, Sorkhrood districts and Jalalabad City during separate operations, Provincial Governor Spokesman Attaullah Khogyani said.
The Taliban have not yet commented on the report.
