Twin blasts in Kabul kill, injure four

Twin explosions in the capital have killed and injured four people.
The first blast occurred at 6:45 a.m local time on Wednesday morning targeting a Ranger-type police vehicle in Arzan Qimat district. The second blast hit a corolla-type vehicle belonging to a staff of the ministry of education in Kampani area of Kabul, Provincial Police Spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said.
The explosions left two killed and two injured.
No group or individual has yet claimed responsibility for the explosions.
