Twin mine explosions killed and injured six people in Kabul City.

Around 8 am today, an explosion occurred in the 15th district of Kabul. A Ranger-type vehicle was targeted by a landmine, injuring two policemen.

The second explosion occurred in the 12th security district of Salim Karwan Road.

Confirming the incident Kabul police said that at around 09:32 this morning, a Ranger-type vehicle was targeted by a landmine, killing two policemen and wounding two others.

The recent increase in landmine explosions has become a serious concern for the citizens of the country, especially for the residents of the capital Kabul.
