Afghan security forces have destroyed two drug labs in eastern Paktia Province.

In a released statement, the interior ministry said that Afghan Counter-Narcotics Special Operation Forces conducted a joint aerial raid with air forces in Jaji Aryub district of Paktia and destroyed two drug processing labs.

Afghan forces also set 50 tons of raw marijuana on fire, according to the statement.
