At least two individuals sustained injuries as a mine hit a Hilux-type vehicle in Kabul City on Sunday morning.

The blast occurred at 8:45 a.m local time in the restive of Kabul’s 9th security district, Provincial Police Spokesman Ferdows Faramarz said.

Kabul has recently been witnessing explosions on a daily basis. The ongoing violence has raised serious concerns among the province’s residents.
