Flooding and landslide in Philippines have killed more than 50 people and left 20 missing, according to local sources.

Tens of residential houses and hundreds of acres of agricultural lands have also been destroyed in the floods.

Emergency state has been declared in 20 cities and 9,000 people have been transferred to emergency and safe camps, local officials, added.

Rescue teams have intensified operations to rescue those trapped and trace the missing.
